How do I get to the hotel?
Rental Car: You may rent a car at any of the rental companies available at the airport.

Parking is available at the hotel for $25-a-day self-park or $29-a-day valet.

Taxi: You may hire a taxi to take you to and from the airport. Taxi fare runs approximately $15

How do I book my hotel room?
What is the hotel room rate?
Regular room (single or double): $229/night + taxes
Triple room (sleeps three): $259/night + taxes
Quad room (sleeps four): $289/night + taxes
What is the fee to attend the event?
This year’s cost is $650.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests are welcome to attend the Sunday Evening Welcome Reception. Please add your guest when you register. To ensure social distancing, guests are not invited to other conference activities, including meeting spaces and meals throughout the conference.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the conference is business casual.
What is the cancellation policy?
There will be no cancellation fees this year. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer attend the conference.
What are Learning Labs?
Learning Labs are hands-on training sessions where attendees will learn how to perform specific tasks with our solutions. To help with social distancing guidelines learning labs require enrollment during registration.
Will sessions have space limits?
Yes, all rooms will adhere to social distancing guidelines. Learning Labs require enrollment ahead of time but regular sessions are at a first-come, first-served basis.
Why are there registration limits for the conference?
We are keeping safety in mind. Limiting attendance allows for better social distancing of our attendees.

Virtual

How do I sign up for the virtual experience?
We can’t wait to share our virtual experience with you! Registration will open in late June. When registering, please select the Virtual Attendee option.
Will there be a cost to attend the Reach virtual experience?
The cost to register for the virtual experience is $99.
What will be included in the virtual experience?
Virtual attendees will have access to on-demand and live content, including training sessions, a keynote, roadmaps, demos, networking opportunities and more.
What is the schedule for the virtual experience?
We are still working to finalize the agenda. Please check the website for updates.
When will the virtual experience take place?
October 26-27 at the same time as the in-person conference.
